Our shop situated in Overseas Union Garden(O.U.G) located along Old Klang Road is a unique location enable us to deliver orders in Klang Valley within 30minutes with ease traffic. Our location allow us to be link with various highways such as Kesas Highway, NPE Highway, Middle Ring Road (MRR2), New KL - Putrajaya Highway and PLUS Highway. Our shop location situated in the heart of the busiest commercial and market area allows us to resource fresh food in daily basis. We also have a handful of reliable suppliers for supplies of halal meat. With 2 units of shop office, we are able utilize the space needed to cater for more orders during peak season. Our regular customers consist of corporate company listed in Client section. We constantly cater for average of 8,000pax for off peak season and 13,000pax for peak season per month.
We are well-known for our fresh, well balanced buffet dish where we do not use pre-made artificial pack food or processed meat to serve our customer. Our Stall menu is one of the most popular request for function where top of the list of stall selections are :-

During peak season, our catering request for roast lamb reach 100 orders per month. Our Roast Whole Lamb is our specialty with unique marinate paste being pass down by generation and being perfected. Our customers come from all parts of Klang Valley and stretches out to other states. Every year, we have regular customers call up months earlier to reserve for Raya functions and most of the time we are fully book weeks before. A few of our regular customers are F & N Cola-cola where we are requested to provide catering for their annual dinner for 2,000 pax. SP Setia Bhd for most of their office training and house catering, HELP University College for all of their catering orders, Tan Chong Motors for their training and meeting caterings, Rahim & Co for Raya function, Sime Darby Property Bhd for their newly launch houses, Yamaha Music for their training functions, Ann Joo Hardware Bhd for their meeting function, Raya function and etc.
Besides serving food in large numbers like in catering, our cook are also specialize
in ala-carte for restaurants. Our line cook are constantly being pressured to serve the food in the fastest speed possible allowing them to create a system where fresh food are serve at quickest. In Putrajaya, our cook are train to dish up ala-carte orders for Chinese food, Western food and Malay food within minutes allowing customers to enjoy their food during lunch break. Waiters are train to deliver their best service with smiling face and friendly gesture. Our captains are well experience, independent, well verse and able to work in minimal supervision while maintain a good service.
Other than ala-carte, our waiters constantly carry out indoor and outdoor function. They are familiar with furniture orientation set up and always run the function smoothly even for thousands of people.
Han Nam Fong Catering was first started by the late Mr. Han Nam Fong himself in the early 70's. Prior to the setting up of HNF, he was serving as a colonial kitchen staff for the British and also operated many restaurants. After a few years, he decided to start a food catering service and catered for canteen, armforces and etc.
HNF business was then taken over by his eldest son Mr. Han Ee Juan ( James) in 1979 when Mr. Han Nam Fong was deceased. Mr. James Han who has been following his fathers footsteps ever since he was young was the natural successor to the food catering business. In the 80's, Mr. James Han successfully expanded the business in the big way and managed to be appointed as official caterer for many organization who found the food ( halal) to be most satisfy and handling of the functions to be preferred. HNF continue to make its name in the catering business amongst the rich and famous amidst the ordinary man in the street clients.
At present, HNF has over 30 permanent staff controlled by head chef for Malay Section by En. Khairuddin bin Nordin, Chinese Section by Mr. Wong Chee Phen and Western Section by Mrs. Cheng Sow Lan and a fleet of vehicle in the business. Besides that, HNF has also trained a number of part time staff to handle additional orders when required. The administration is managed by his wife Katherine Ho who has over 20 years of experience in the business.
